Travel Trailer Rentals (CLICK HERE to download our rate sheet):

Daily Rate: $125.00 per day (non slide-out unit) & $150 per day (slide-out unit), 3-day minimum, except holidays , TMS and special events.  All holidays are a 5 day minimum.

Fees:

Processing Fee: $99.00
Includes: professional walk-through, LP gas (full at pick-up, additional LPG is the responsibility of the renter), tank chemicals and paper, water hose, water regulator, sewer hose, motor home users guide.

Dump Fee: $25.00

Cleaning Fee: $100.00
If unit is not returned in the same condition as received.  This includes the exterior as well as the interior.

Brake Control Fee: $45 If brake control is needed.

Payment:

Due in full in advance or pick-up date by credit card, check or cash.  No refunds for early returns.
 

Rental Hours:

Pick-up and drop off by appointment only.  All returns due back by 11am of return day.  No Saturday or Sunday pick-up or drop off.
 

Rental Reservations:

Reservation/Security deposit of $1,000.00 required by credit card.  This will be refunded within 5 business days of rental return provided there is no damage and unit is clean (exterior and interior).  No refunds for early returns.
 

Rental Reservation Cancellations:

Full refund of reservation/security deposit if canceled 10 days in advance of rental pick-up date.  No refund if canceled 9 days to pick-up date.
 

Insurance:

Renter's must provide their own proof of liability insurance (which will be verified), valid driver's license along with a completed rental application that must be approved in advance by United RV Center.  Renter is responsible for all damages to unit regardless if the unit is in transit or not.
 

Hitching:

Renter must provide a tow vehicle equipped with a class III/IV receiver hitch.  United RV Center will provide the equalizer and sway control hitch to fit this application.    It is the renter's responsibility to provide a tow vehicle capable of towing the GVW of the rental unit.
 

Wiring and Brake Control:

Renter must provide a tow vehicle equipped with a 7-way plug and electric brake control.  Either of these requirements can be performed by our service department in advance of the rental date by appointment and an additional fee.
